To train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Meditation may significantly reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, and enhance peace, perception, self-concept, and well-being.

Welcome Mat 60-Minute Yoga

All are welcome to join the OH! Spa for Vinyasa style yoga offered each Saturday at 9:00AM. Nurture your mind-body connection by moving to the rhythm of your breath. Lose yourself in the flow as you transition between poses allowing for an inner focus and a much-needed break from the distractions of the busy world around you. Yoga mat, block and bottle of water provided. Please call the OH! Spa to reserve your spot.
