Embark on a transformative journey at the OH! Spa Yoga Weekend Retreat on Friday, February 23rd, to Sunday, February 25th. Featuring the expert guidance of instructor Kathy O’Neel Webster, join us for a soul-nourishing experience with overnight accommodations at the enchanting Hilltop Lodge at The Preserve Resort in Rhode Island.

This immersive retreat package encompasses all-inclusive offerings, including fitness classes, speaking engagements, and meals throughout your stay. Secure your spot for a weekend of relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-discovery.

KATHY O’NEEL-WEBSTER

I’m a fitness enthusiast and lifelong Rhode Islander, passionate about helping older adults enhance their quality of life both in body and mind. I empower people throughout the aging journey, to improve their mobility and strength through balance, breath and movement practices.

I know what it’s like to juggle responsibilities and commit to make wellness a priority at all stages of life. I’ve raised two amazing, strong girls into successful young women, and coached youth gymnastics, soccer, and basketball while co-founding a successful fitness and wellness consulting company. With over 35 years experience in the health and fitness industry, I’ve worked with adults to maintain their quality of life, as they age, through balancing healthy lifestyles and regular movement.

Along with my passion for fitness, I enjoy sailing and powerboating, hiking, gardening, and spending time with my husband, daughters and godchildren.

CHRISTINE LOFTES

Christine Loftes is a certified health and wellness professional with 40 years of experience working one on one with clients, as well as, group training and educational workshops. In addition to being a personal trainer, Christine is also a RYT (registered yoga teacher) at the 250 hour level through YogaFit and the Yoga Alliance. During her yoga training journey she intertwined 3 levels of Mat Pilates certifications based on the core principles of the Pilates Method.

After achieving these goals her scope of practice took a strong path into range of motion training and assisted stretching; a crucial component of maintaining long term health wellness, along with injury rehabilitation and prevention, decreased stress and a multitude of positive affects physically and mentally. Currently, she creates and delivers various programs that allow her to incorporate her skillset. She is a firm believer in educating clients during sessions, getting to the root of their specific needs and designing routines that are focused on improving not only their physical body but creating a positive mind set that will lead each and every client towards a path of being committed to a self-care regimen.

Her first glimpse into the world of fitness was as a gym member and dance exercise enthusiast. This blossomed into her opening a full facility franchise (Lady of America), which grew into 3 locations in R.I. and MA. As business logistics took her focus away from her clients and her classes by the end of a decade she made the tough decision to sell and simplify.

Rapidly finding her feet into the world of corporate health and wellness she rebuilt and redirected her vision. As she came into full swing in 2020, so did Covid! As the world slowly reopened her well-established clientele were ready to come together (safely) into group exercise. The local Recreation Center in her town was at the ready to strike a seal, allowing her to emerge with her new name and brand. Forever Fit by Christine Loftes has grown into a haven for many members! It is truly a community of support, mental and physical wellness for all in a family of fitness.

During her free time, she loves family, friends, her dogs and cats. Time on the beach and in the ocean is very important. She enjoys wine tastings and dinners, as well as, visiting vineyards and hopes to explore sommelier training in the future.

SUSAN COPPA-COLLINS

Fitness Enthusiast. Entrepreneur. Health Fitness Professional. Yoga Teacher. Cancer Survivor One of my biggest passions is fitness. From running competitively in high school and college, even completing the Boston Marathon, exercise has always been the one constant in my life. My regular workout routine has carried me through the good times and the bad times in my life — the stress of operating a fitness & wellness business, managing a family, and battling Hodgkins Lymphoma.

Fitness and a sense of wellness has served me well through the years and I am passionate about helping others in their pursuit to live a healthier and more productive life. The best part about being a health fitness professional is being able to engage and inspire people to make positive changes in their lifestyle. Today, more so than ever, people are too busy and too stressed to do something good for themselves. Through my yoga classes and personal training sessions, my goal is to teach people the importance of taking care of their bodies because when you do, your body will take of you. And like me, your physical and mental strength will help you handle any stress that comes your way and give you a positive outlook on life.

When I’m not in the studio or gym, I can be found boating, sailing, and paddle boarding on Narragansett Bay or walking on the beach, collecting shells. I call it therapy. I have a degree in Health Sciences and hold several national certifications for Personal Training and Yoga. Remember the words Live Well, Be Well.
